Our Strategic Plan
As a school, we are always looking to reflect and refine our practices, policies and procedures in line with our vision and values. Our ‘School Strategic Plan’ (SSP) has been developed by staff and governors who are fully committed to improving the quality of teaching and learning.
Intent 1 - Safeguarding
To continue to ensure that safeguarding is central to everything we do, with a renewed focus on pupil voice, family engagement and creating a culture where everyone understands that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
Intent 2 - Personal Development, well-being, spirituality and diversity
To ensure every child and adult flourishes within our Church school community through high-quality personal development, wel-lbeing support, spiritual growth and understanding of diversity.
Intent 3 -Inclusion
To ensure disadvantaged pupils and pupils with SEND achieve exceptionally well through adaptive teaching, high aspirations and targeted support, leading to improved outcomes and reduced attainment gaps.
Intent 4 - Curriculum, Teaching and Achievement
To embed consistently high-quality teaching which promotes challenge, vocabulary development, spoken language, adaptive practice and excellence across the curriculum.
Intent 5 -Attendance and Behaviour
To continue to refine attendance, behaviour and pastoral systems so that all children feel a strong sense of belonging and attend school regularly.
Intent 6 - Leadership and governance
To strengthen leadership evaluation, governor monitoring and quality assurance procedures to ensure robust accountability and continued school improvement.
